Juan Manuel Lopez vs. Orlando Salido

On Saturday, Juan Manuel Lopez will face his rival Orlando Salido in defense of his WBO featherweight title. Juanma record is 30-0 with 27 knockouts, while Salinas is 2/11/1934 with 22 knockouts. Obviously, on paper, Juanma Salido blow away, but really be a surprise if this happens. The WBO Featherweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez with a boxing records of 30-0, 27 KO’s, will fights against the former IBF champion Orlando Salido with a professional boxing records of 34 -11-2 and 22 KO’s, April 16, 2011 at Roberto Clemente Coliseo in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Salido is a tough fighter, eight of the eleven losses occurred between the ages of 15-21. It was still his craft, learning his craft. It’s the same for many fighters from Mexico, thrown into the deep end early in their careers.

Interestingly enough, a couple of fights later, he met a man named Rogers Mtagwa. Now Mtagwa Lopez also struggled at the end of 2009, and gave Lopez a night of very hard work, Lopez was almost out the last couple of laps. Salido continue to eat in the distribution, and finally shot himself in 2008 one third vacant IBF featherweight title. This time, he was greeted by Cristobal Cruz, who had a record like 11/01/1936. In closely fought battle pulled Cruz came out victorious decision, but once again gave a good account Salido same.

Most Salido fight was fully boxed, but Marquez is a master boxer. She grabbed the counter in a hurry, but if you have something to say about that performance that he seemed to stop Salido or in serious danger, and continued to pressure Marquez to the final bell. All accounts Salido lost a unanimous decision, but my heart is there.

The establishment is still here on the road, most boxing fans want to see the attractive clash between Juan and Yuriorkis Gamboa. Gamboa has fought left, who, like Juan is a superstar. His record is 20-0- 16 KO. Both started off, Gamboa tasting the canvas in the eighth inning, and Salido tasting twice in the XII.

Juanma will be looking to impress here, he wants out and show the world that can not stop Salido that Gamboa. I doubt it will be so easy for him, but Juanma has surprised us all before, several times. Should we go to points, Juanma could have a night of hard work before him, Salido looks really push an opponent when they are more efficient. However, Juanma see to stop Salido, and I think he is in the intermediate steps up a violent quarrel was with Gamboa.
