Luck (2009) - Sanjay Dutt stars as gambler who employs “lucky” men and women to engage in his new reality show. What the participants do not realize is that losing the games means nothing else than losing your life. Those that participate involve a soldier, a serial killer, and a 16 yo teenager. But regardless of the harsh subject matter, the filmmakers still find a way to make it all function in some musical numbers.
Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009) - Ranbir Kapoor exhibits his comedic abilities as Rocket Singh, a master salesman who chooses to start his very own company. Strangely enough, he gets it going within his own organization, using an intricate number of cons to stay one step ahead of upper management. Rising star Shazahn Padamsee appears for the first time on the big screen.
Last but not least, “Jodhaa Akbar” was made in 2007 - Occurring in the 16th century and made by Ashutosh Gowariker, this lavish romance focuses around an organized marriage between 2 totally different Indian religions and cultures. But, in spite of the long probabilities, an actual romance begins to blossom between the couple played by Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan.
