Respawn gagged by Activision
Last year’s perhaps the biggest news on the games front was the saga of how the Call of Duty developer Infinity Ward crumbled in Activision’s harsh grip. Exactly what happened we may never solve, but lawsuits have hail in the east and west in retrospect.
There is a problem Respawn Entertainment, which was founded by founders Vince Zampella break and Jason West. They argue that the fight in court to prevent their new studio to get properly started - a studio EA has taken under his wing. One of the recent arguments of Activision is that Electronic Arts has collaborated with the West and Zampella to destroy Call of Duty series and damage the company.
Activision requires giant rival EA staggering $ 400 million.
