When Cheap SEO Really is Cheap SEO

Cheap SEO is only really cheap SEO if your keywords move up on Google, Yahoo, Etc! SEO must move you closer to the top of Google (etc.) for your keyword searches or it has done you no good! So Cheap SEO must still be effective SEO for it to correctly be called Cheap SEO, otherwise, if it delivers no clicks, it is not SEO at all. No matter how much or how little you paid for it, if you don’t move up on the search engines for your keywords, you really got no SEO So it certainly wasn’t cheap SEO.

Similarly, but often more difficult to examine, if you pay for cheap SEO and move up for certain keywords that get very few clicks, your “cheap SEO” is no longer cheap because you get very little value for whatever money you paid. Actual SEO value is determined by the number of clicks you get for your chosen keywords. If you let your SEO provider talk you into selecting the wrong keywords - keywords that get very few searches - he will be showing you your keyword on page one of Google but you will still be getting very few clicks.

Of course the number of sales you get for those keywords for which you optimize is ultimately even more important but even if your SEO provider chooses your keywords for you or with your input, you are still responsible for your product offer and pricing; which things must also be in line in order for you to make sales. No matter how many clicks you get, you won’t make many sales if your prices are three times the going market.

In the end, it is very easy to promise cheap SEO. It is even easy to deliver cheap SEO with a few clicks. Delivering cheap effective SEO with lots of clicks to the best keywords for any given site is not easy. Therefore, when it happens at a reasonable price, it merits the term “cheap SEO.” Search on Google for Inexpensive SEO or cheap SEO and you will see plenty of promises.

Now look at where that SEO provider is found on your search. If he shows up on page one he at least knows something about SEO. Now get examples of other sites he has optimized. See if the terms he has selected make sense as top keywords for those sites’ products. See where these sites come up in Google for that term. If he passes these tests and his prices are reasonable, you may have found your SEO provider!
